We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly - most items dispatch within 3 to 4 days of ordering. However, some orders may take a little longer to process. If this is the case we will communicate the delayed timing to you promptly and offer you the option of a full refund if this timing does not suit. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Your delivery address must be a location where there is someone to receive the parcel during working hours – Monday to Friday as a signature has to be obtained by the courier to confirm safe delivery.
Items ordered together may not all be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. Should there be any delay you will be alerted by E-mail or phone promptly.
* Some large or fragile items are not included in our FREE Delivery Offer as there is an extra cost. Some items are for Ireland delivery only.

Christmas is a time when there’s most pressure on delivery & courier companies. We will do our best to fulfil and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow an extra day or two to the indicated delivery time to avoid disappointment. We cannot guarantee the delivery time.
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order being processed as well as a Confirmation Email, including order number and a total amount including the carriage cost.
Shipments within the EU include VAT.
Shipments to destinations outside the EU do not include VAT so 23 percent will be discounted as you checkout. Any local taxes / duties or the like, levied in the destination country, due and or payable are and shall be the liability and responsibility solely of the customer to pay.

Realex Payments is a leading European payment service provider. Based in Dublin, Ireland, the company provides a broad range of secure payment services to small and large businesses as well as financial institutions, processing billions of Euro per annum for merchants domestically and internationally.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) is a mandatory compliance standard for all payment service providers. Realex Payments was an early adopter of this standard in 2003, making it one of the first companies in the Europe to become fully compliant. The standard enforces high levels of security in all areas where cardholder data is transmitted or stored. Strong protections such as encryption, intrusion detection and response, formalized policies and standards and security aware development methodologies all contribute to making Realex Payments the secure choice for payment processing needs.
Never send your bank or credit card details to us by email. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We will never, ever ask for sensitive information via email.
Items are charged to your credit card when you order. If an item is on back order for longer than 2 working days we will contact you to let you know. If the item has a longer delivery time, and you still wish to receive it, we will as you prefer either continue to hold your full payment until delivery time or, if you prefer, we will refund 50 percent of the cost immediately and retain the balance as a deposit until the item arrives into stock. The refunded balance would then become payable again. If there will be a delay on the item, that is unacceptable to you, we will make a full refund immediately.
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
Any returns must be agreed with us prior to your shipping it back and must reach us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org giving the order reference and the reason for the return and we will respond promptly. If you wish to exchange a product and the new product you require costs less than the one you have returned (in perfect condition and in its original packaging), we will refund you the difference. If the new product you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment is needed before the replacement product is dispatched. All shipment charges will also be for the customer’s account.
EU & Northern Ireland: On the basis that the product is returned to us in perfect condition and in it’s the original packaging within 7 days of approval, we will refund you the money which you originally paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods and the original delivery cost.
UK (excl. Northern Ireland) & Non EU countries: On the basis that the product is returned to us in perfect condition and in it’s the original packaging within 7 days of approval, we will refund you the money which you originally paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods and the original delivery cost.
N.B. If the return is for a refused delivery, upon receipt of the goods, we will refund in full less the costs incurred by us shipping to and from your location.
Any faulty product, breakages or damage must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery please contact us at email@example.com to inform us. If you return a product to us which is either faulty, damaged in delivery or which you did not order or for any other reason which was reported to us as required above, and which can be shown to be our fault, we will arrange a refund or replacement and a refund to you the cost of the return shipment, by an agreed method. Replacement items will be sent to you free of shipping charge.
Refunds for a product bought as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange a product, it must be returned with our agreement. The product must be returned with the original invoice which was included with the product when it was dispatched, writing on the back the reason for your return.
With all returns you will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. Returned items should be sent to: The Blue Door, 16B The Crescent, Monkstown, Dublin, A94 XP44 Ireland. Subject to the terms above, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address.
